8.  What to do when your JIFFY mobile app doesn’t work?

11.  Is the powerbank waterproof?

  • NO, the powerbanks are not waterproof.
  • You will be charged a penalty of five hundred rupees if and when you cause irreversible damage to the powerbank.

12.  Can I charge the powerbank at home?

  • NO you cannot charge the powerbank using any external source apart from the JIFFY box.

13.  What if I lose the powerbank?

  • You can report a lost powerbank on the JIFFY app.
  • Open the app, press the sidebar, and select the ‘contact us’ option.
  • Click on the chat button and send an instant message to our service executive.
  • Upon confirming your details and location, the service executive will charge you a sum of five hundred rupees.

14.  What if I do not return the power bank after my time has exhausted

  • Once your time with power bank has exhausted, you will get a notification from the app to return it.
  • You can extend your time by availing the whole day package for fifty rupees.
  • Upon missing this alert, you will be charged fifty rupees and will get a text regarding your new time limit of holding the charger.

15.  Can I travel to other cities with the JIFFY powerbank?

  • YES, you can travel to other cities with the powerbank, provided that you drop it off within the allotted time and drop it off at a JIFFY box location.
